Administrative Assistant to Rocky Garza

If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a support role that keeps everything moving, this one’s for you. You’ll be the right hand to Rocky—coordinating calendars, organizing systems and content, assisting with client experience, and ultimately making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Location: Dallas, TX – In Office
Type: Part-Time (15–25 hrs/week)
Compensation: Based on Experience

About The Role

Rocky Garza is a leadership coach, keynote speaker, and founder of The Path. He works with high-performing executives, teams, and organizations to help them lead from who they are. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support Rocky.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes, anticipates needs, and keeps the engine running so Rocky can stay focused on high-impact work. Additional interest in sales, marketing, analytics, and or content creation would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Rocky’s calendar, scheduling, and coordination for both coaching calls and speaking events

  • Draft and send follow-up emails to coaching clients

  • Format, organize, and deliver client resources

  • Track coaching action items, deadlines, and reminders

  • Maintain organization across digital tools (Google Drive, Monday, etc.)

  • Organize content ideas, notes, and drafts from voice memos, meetings, and brainstorms

  • Prep Rocky for client meetings with summaries, key points, and relevant resources

  • Coordinate travel, lodging, and logistics for Rocky

  • Monitor contracts, payments, and renewals for clients and speaking gigs

  • Occasionally schedule and post content on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do

  • A systems thinker who loves making things run smoother

  • Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, Monday, Later, Canva)

  • Strong written communicator—able to write in Rocky’s voice

  • Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information

  • Flexible and calm in a fast-moving environment

  • Bonus: You’ve supported coaches, creatives, or founders before
